The PE-0111-00 is a 3-position switch that lets you instantly switch between mag/both/acoustic when plugged into the Acousti-Phonic.
When plugged into the Hexpander MIDI Interface, this same component selects between MIDI/both/guitar, where the guitar is whatever is on the Acousti-Phonic's QuickSwitch.
Note: Some instruments may require modifications to accommodate piezo wires.

What is the Difference in TUSQ Materials?
TUSQ
TUSQ nuts have a rich tone without the inconsistency found in ivory, bone, and other natural materials. Bone and ivory have hard and soft spots (grain) throughout each piece, hampering the consistent transfer of vibrations to the guitar top. TUSQ nuts are designed to transfer the right frequencies more efficiently from the string to the guitar body.

TUSQ XL and Black TUSQ XL nuts are designed to boost guitar tone and performance. These precision-engineered nuts are made with a specially formulated material that couples the strings' vibrations to the neck and brings out the hidden harmonics and richness in every note. It is based on the highly resonant TUSQ man-made ivory but is permanently lubricated to improve the tuning performance of the guitar.
Best for Electric Guitars and BASS.
