I've been a GraphTech customer for decades, going back to self-lubricating string saddles for my Tele in the 80's, and of course got in line to try out TUSQ bridge pins, saddles and nuts as soon as you introduced them. It's all we use -- and we're on the road 30 weeks out of the year, so reliability is paramount. We never have to worry about dead spots, weak spots or any of the inconsistencies (or expense) of organic material, fossilised or otherwise. Tone and sustain is consistent. Keep up the excellent work!

The pins are great do exactly what I wanted. The packaging it came in was ridiculous.
These pins could have easily fit in a jiffy bag. It came in a box that meant that it couldn't simply be placed in the letterbox which meant annoying a neighbour once when the postman had to traipse down the street to find someone to take it and second when I had to knock on the door to collect it. The pins deserve a 5 star rating. Sloppy and wasteful packaging dented that.
