What is the Difference in TUSQ Materials?

TUSQ

TUSQ nuts have a rich tone without the inconsistency found in ivory, bone, and other natural materials. Bone and ivory have hard and soft spots (grain) throughout each piece, hampering the consistent transfer of vibrations to the guitar top. TUSQ nuts are designed to transfer the right frequencies more efficiently from the string to the guitar body.

    Great product and fast shipping!

    Changed the metal tree that came with my Nashville Tele. It always made a creeking sound when bending. This Graphtech tree solved it!

    Graph Tech String Trees

    I have a G&L guitar with a Hipshot B Bender. Because of the traditional style string tree there were tuning issues and also the string angle at the nut was not adequate. The Graph tech string tree has solved the issues with the original string tree. This is a really good product.

    Great string trees!

    I’ve used nuts, trees and saddles on at least 3 other guitars. I love them. My guitars stay in tune much better.

    Pleasantly surprised, again

    Love the fit and finish. I didn't like the style and how it compared to my squiers original string trees, but boy was the difference noticeable. I put stringsaver saddles on aswell as a black tusq nut to match, the playability is so much better its hard to believe.
