Return & Refund Process

Below you will find the simple algorithm of returning your merchandise to us for a refund. We offer exchanges as well.

Clothing and swag can only be returned for a refund if there is a defect in the product, such as uneven or smeared printing, or an error in manufacturing. 

 

As you already know when you buy direct from the Graph Tech website (graphtech.com), all of our products, even the picks, come with our 45 Day "Love it or Return it" Guarantee.

45 day period starts at the time the product is delivered to you (based on the tracking number status). Or, two weeks from the order shipment from our warehouse.  


If, for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges.

 

First step is to contact our team at support@graphtech.com.

Please describe the problem, write the order number, name and the item code/description.

At this step we together figure out the reason for return and issuing the return shipping label for a free return in case of the Graph Tech’s fault in the shipment.

 

Second, we made up a RMA (return merchandise authorization) for you, which number we ask you to write on the outside of the package (e.g. RMA# XXXX).

And in some cases we send you the return shipping label to print and place on the box – in this case the carrier is chosen by our side.

 

Third step is for you to ship the merchandise back through the carrier.

The return address is below. Please use the original packaging if possible.

We recommend getting a tracking number for your return.

Fourth step would be for us to receive the package with merchandize and process your refund.

Your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

 

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks to process your refund by mail.
