What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard. You can also use other popular payment apps such as PayPal, Shop (by Shopify), Google Pay.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to every country in the world. The only difference is the cost of shipping.
* As we aware today we face limited carrier cervices shipping to Russia, some cities in China.
If you facing problems placing the order online on our website, please find your local distributor or send us an email to support@graphtech.com. We will try to help you processing an order manually.
I placed an order on your website, will I get an email confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation that we received your order. You will also be sent an email when your order has officially shipped.
If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you within three business days.
How long will it take to have my order delivered?
Shipping time will depend on when you placed your order, where you live and what method of shipping you choose.
We have provided a chart for you to reference.
In most cases these are just guideline and other factors out of our control may affect these delivery times and rates.
We are located in Vancouver, Canada, and we ship out all our USPS packages on Tuesdays and Fridays to a shipping service in the USA that clears customs etc., so you don't have to, so this will affect delivery times. FedEx, DHL is shipped directly from our factory in Vancouver, and ships within 48 hours or sooner.

Product eligibility
Some products may have regional restrictions or carrier limitations. If any item on your order cannot legally or safely be shipped to your destination, we’ll contact you to review options before we release the shipment.
Import taxes, duties & fees
• International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties, brokerage, and other fees charged by your country’s customs authority or the carrier.
• These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient/importer of record.
• Rates and thresholds vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Customs clearance & timing
• Customs inspections or local holidays can delay delivery beyond the carrier’s transit estimate.
• Providing a correct phone number, email, and any required tax numbers (e.g., EORI/VAT in the EU/UK) helps prevent delays.
• If customs requires additional information or payment, the carrier or your local customs office will contact you directly.
Documentation we provide
• Commercial invoice with product descriptions, HS/HTS codes, and country of origin.
• Packing list and declared value that matches your invoice.
• We cannot mark shipments as “gift,” “no commercial value,” or under-declare value.
Special handling
• Certain items may require special packing or carrier services (e.g., heavy, oversized, magnetized, or regulated materials).
• If special handling is needed, we’ll advise you before shipment.
Delivery estimates
• Checkout shows available carrier options and their to-customs transit estimates. Final delivery time depends on customs clearance in your country.
Refused/undeliverable packages
• If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, incomplete address, or unresponsive consignee, we’ll refund the product cost minus all shipping charges, return costs, and any non-recoverable fees once the item is received back in sellable condition.
Address accuracy
• Please review your shipping address carefully. We aren’t able to reroute international packages once in transit.

Prices billed by graphtech.com for goods shipped outside Canada do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or other charges due to the recipient's local or national government authority. Graphtech.com charges only for the product and shipping fees.
All other charges, duties, and taxes (including VAT) are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the shipping courier or local customs authority. For more details please contact your local customs office.
In the event of delivery refusal the purchaser is responsible for any duties and shipping charges that are incurred to return the product to Graphtech.com.
Goods shipped inside Canada include taxes based on the recipient’s province tax regulation.
