TUSQ XL Nut by Graph Tech Model # 5043-00 Strat Style Electric

Installed the TUSQ XL nut on my Squire Strat because the strings were constantly catching in the original plastic nut and on the metal string trees any time I used the tremolo. The new TUSQ nut was a direct drop in with the exception of it being cut slightly too low, which I easily addressed by installing a .010" paper shim under the nut and now it's perfect. Actually I prefer this method to cutting the nut with files. It is much faster and it preserves the super smooth factory finish of the nut vs the less smooth finish if I had filed it.

Graphics product is great no complaints whatsoever on quality I r performance, but my order was placed on 6/24, and I didn't receive it until 7/19! I realize its technically international shipping but this nut could have been dropped in an envelope and sent on its way, instead it was sent through customs with a much larger order and broken down by usps. How do I know c this you ask? I work for usps. Even when your shipping option says 5-7 days ok. But 4 whole weeks is ridiculous.
