The nut model 5041 is a great option to upgrade the nut on your Ibanez Strat style electric guitar (or a guitar with similar specs). It is pre-slotted for a quick and simple install. Flat bottom.
It is available in TUSQ XL and BLACK TUSQ XL formulations.
TUSQ XL is designed to boost guitar tone and performance. This precision engineered nut is made with a specially formulated material which couples the strings' vibrations to the neck and brings out the hidden harmonics and richness in every note. It is based on the highly resonant TUSQ man made ivory, but is impregnated with PTFE to improve the tuning performance of the guitar.

I finally got the right nut for my squire bullet mustang. Had to do a little sanding. I followed the directions in measuring the old nut. Worked out perfect!

Replaced a cheap bone nut on a squier strat that wouldnt stay in tune even after trying to fix the old nut. Just got this TUSQ XL nut and no more issues. Easy to replace just needed abit of sanding to fit. Replace all your guitar with these its a no brainer you will thank yourself.

Dropped this in to replace the stock nut that came from Fender, the TUSQ XL nut really makes the instrument become invisible while you play…no more fighting it. Any Strat or Tele will work with you instead of against you with this nut. Thank you Graph Tech!
